A bridge between structure and soul.

Tammy McConaughy
Executive Leadership Coach
For over a decade, I have designed and led enterprise-level organizational change initiatives across complex systems. I understand how power, culture, and structure shape behavior.
I began to see a pattern. The women who struggled were not underqualified. They were navigating an identity shift no one was naming. Leadership without identity integration fractures even the most capable women.
I built RISE to address this gap. It is a repeatable architecture that honors the reality of midlife women's lives while building sustainable executive power.
I am a bridge between structure and soul. I see potential in people. I design systems that allow that potential to unfold.
Leadership is not a set of behaviors to perform. It is an identity to embody. The transition from manager to executive is fundamentally an identity shift, not just a skill upgrade.
I address the structures that shape leadership, not just surface-level challenges. Real change happens when we redesign the systems, not just adjust individual behaviors.
Not work-life balance. Integrated leadership across career, relationships, and self. Sustainable executive power requires harmony across all quadrants of life.
I create environments where potential can unfold. Leadership development requires vulnerability, and vulnerability requires safety.
RISE synthesizes proven frameworks including Brené Brown's Dare to Lead, the Center for Creative Leadership's DAC model, Edgar Schein's Humble Leadership, and Lean practices. I don't aggregate tools. I design integration.
Leadership is not linear, so the framework is not sequential. You navigate RISE based on your immediate reality. This is a living operating system, not a one-time course.
This work is designed for women operating at high levels of responsibility and influence. Your decisions affect more than just your team. The framework reflects that complexity.
